All financial transactions are governed by the terms specified in the proforma invoices. Payments must be processed through authorized banking channels. Late fee assessments apply to outstanding balances beyond the 30-day billing cycle.
3. Jurisdictional Authority
Any legal disputes or arbitration arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
